Sunday River Hotels and Condominiums
There are a wide variety of unit types at the Grand Summit and Jordan Grand hotels at Sunday River.  There are approximately 12 different unit types in each hotel so it can be a bit confusing.

Please discuss your selection with Bob Van Wart to ensure you have the right bed configuration and space for your family vacation needs.  Due to the variety of unit types, requests to have multiple families close together can only be accommodated on a best efforts basis.

Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River Ski Resort

This hotel offers the following accommodation types:

  • standard rooms that sleep up to (4) guests, no kitchens
  • studio superior and studio deluxe suites that sleep (2) to (4) guests.  Some units have mini or full kitchens.  Units with larger kitchens are assigned to guests first come / first served.
  • 1 bedroom "superior" suites with full kitchens.  These suites sleep (4) to (6) guests.
  • 1 bedroom "deluxe" combination suites  will have a standard room connected to a studiio superior that sleep up to (6) and have a mini kitchen or a standard connected to a studio deluxe that sleep up to (8) with full kitchen.
  • a 2 bedroom "deluxe" combination suite includes a 1 bedroom "superior" and a studio deluxe.  These will sleep (6) to (8) guests.
  • a 2-bedroom "superior" suite has two separate bedrooms with very spacious open concept full kitchen, living and dining area.  These units will sleep (6) to (8) guests.
  • a 3-bedroom suite has three separate bedrooms with spacious open concept full kitchen, living and dining area.  These will sleep (8) to (12) guests and are available on a very limited basis.
Jordan Grand Hotel at Sunday River Ski Resort

This hotel offers the following accommodation types:

  • standard rooms that sleep up to (4) guests, no kitchens
  • studio superior and studio deluxe suites that sleep (2) to (4) guests and all units have full kitchens.
  • 1 bedroom "superior" suites with full kitchens.  These suites sleep (4) to (6) guests.  Loft style units and units with king beds are available on a very limited basis.
  • 1 bedroom "deluxe" combination suites  will have a standard room connected to a studiio superior or studio deluxe as described above and will sleep (6) to (8) guests. These suites have full kitchens.
  • a 2 bedroom "deluxe" combination suite are typically loft units.  Two bedrooms and full kitchens.  These will sleep (6) to (8) guests.
  • a 2-bedroom "Executive" suite has two separate bedrooms with a very spacious open concept full kitchen, living and dining area.  These units will sleep (6) to (8) guests and have very limited availability. 
  • a 3-bedroom suite has three separate bedrooms or has two units combined to provide sleeping for 8 to 10 guests.  These have spacious open concept full kitchen, living and dining area and are available on a very limited basis.
