Cascades A-24 This is a 1 bedroom condo on the main level. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed plus a set of twin sized bunk beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area and dining area will seat up to 6 guests with a full kitchen. This is a prime ski in / ski out slopeside location.

Cascades C-5 1 bedroom condo has a queen bed plus a set of bunk beds in the private bedroom. The bunk bed has a full sized mattress on the lower level and a twin mattress on the top bunk. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area and the dining area will seat up to 4 guests. This is a prime ski in / ski out slopeside location.

Cascades C-6 1 bedroom condo has a king bed plus a set of bunk beds in the private upstairs bedroom. This is a terrific third floor condo with bedroom on the 4th floor for great uphill view of the trails. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the raised livingroom; full kitchen with full sized appliances. This is one of the rare 1 bd condos with a dishwasher and is in a prime ski in / ski out slopeside location.

Sunrise A-130 / 132 This is the crown jewel of South Ridge at Sunday River. A newly renovated 3 bedroom condo where you ski in and ski out right from your condo location. This double unit is on the main level facing the best part of South Ridge trails and the Sunday River mountains. There is a King bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom there are two twin beds. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds plus another twin. There is a good quality sleeper sofa in the main living area plus an oversized L - shaped sectional. The kitchen has all upgraded counters, cupboards and appliances. There is a bonus sitting area / library for those who want to sit quietly and read / relax or if the teenagers / youngsters want their own space. The quality and location make this an exceptional condo at an exceptional price. We have included photos of the Common Area where larger families or families traveling together may socialize by the fireplace. There in an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. This unit has WiFi.

Cascades, Sunrise and White Cap Village Condominiums
Van Wart Ski Vacations is pleased to be able to offer you a prime slopeside (ski in / ski out) location at the Sunday River Ski Resort.
All of our condos have fully equipped kitchens, offer the privacy of a bedroom and all units are bi-level (upstairs and down).
A sample of the units we have available are listed below. More are available daily so if your first choice is booked and you do not see a suitable second choice, complete the prebooking with your first choice and Bob will work on getting a unit similar to your first choice.
All units are assigned on a first come / first served based on receipt of deposit guarantees in cleared funds (ie Interac eTransfer).
Please note Sunday River lost the right to manage these and all other slopeside condos. As a result, Management of Sunday River cancelled all shuttle services for any condo guests. We are working with the condo management firms to provide limited shuttle service to select restaurants.
Complimentary shuttle services are provided from the main Welcome Centre to / from Bethel, Maine by way of the Mountaineer shuttle bus.
Fall Line and Brookside Condominiums offer the following amenities.

Cascades A-04 This is a 1 bedroom condo with all upgrades. The kitchen has been fully renovated on the main level. Downstairs there is a private bedroom with a full queen bed and two twin beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area and dining area will seat up to 6 guests adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. This is a prime ski in / ski out slopeside location and one of the best 1 bedroom condos avaialble.

Sunrise A-131 This is a ski in / ski out two level condo in one of the best locations at Sunday River. The top floor unit bedroom: has 1 queen bed, 1 twin in an alcove area. In the living room a queen sleeper sofa. Nicely appointed livingroom furniture. There is a full kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, microwave. This is another of our "Premium" condos all upgraded with new counters, finishings and interior decorations. This unit has WiFi.
White Cap Village
White Cap Village #202/203 This is one of the few upgraded condos recommended by VanWartVacations.com. There is a large open concept livingroom, dining and kitchen areas. The dining table seats up to 8 guests; there is a kitchen bar for more casual seating. There is a double balcony facing the White Cap base area and across the resort to the mountains opposite Sunday River. The unit has a triple seater sleeper sofa, double love seat, two leather armchairs and another armchair for family gatherings. There is a set of patio doors off the main living area and another set off the Master bedroom - this room has a queen bed; BR#2 has two sets of bunk beds to sleep (4) guests. The BR#3 has two twin beds that can be pulled together.
The kitchen boasts upgraded appliances, corner lunch counter and is fully equipped.
We have included photos of the Common Areas where large families or families traveling together may socialize by the fireplace. There in an outdor heated pool and hot tub. This unit has WiFi.

Sunrise A-102 This is the best a ski in / ski out two level condo in one of the most convenient locations at Sunday River. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds. The living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa. This unit has recently been fully renovated with new furnishing, upgraded kitchen appliances, counters and new hardwood flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and the raised livingroom sports a corner sectional, flat screen TV and additional armchair. This is a corner unit. Ski right to your door on this main level. A must have unit that has just been added to our inventory so book early.

Cascades C-15 This is a newly added 1 bedroom, 3rd floor condo. The bedroom is on the 4th floor and has been renovated to provide a queen bed in a private bedroom wiht door plus a set of bunks and double bed in another bedroom. The unit sports a fully equipped kitchen with a raised livingroom that also has a queen sleeper sofa. For a family of 5 - 8 guests with young children, this is a most economical unit. There are no others that provide this much bedding and privacy without paying the cost of a 2 bedroom condo. The dining area will seat up to 4 guests. This is a prime ski in / ski out slopeside location.and one of our premier studio condos.
